In its lawsuit, First Trinity and CEO
"The harm to a public company that occurs when untruthful and reckless statements like those made by
Pettigrew, who served in the
Pettigrew said Tuesday that he had yet to be served with the lawsuit, but he believes the action to be a waste of shareholder money.
"This amounts to bully tactics," Pettigrew said. "All I released was public information."
The lawsuit seeks to recover damages in excess of
First Trinity has about 4,700 shareholders in the state. The company was founded in 2004 and raised about
