Yakima, WA – 12/31/2014 – Washington based American Independent Marketing (AIM) announced today that it will be conducting a series of free in-person workshops to help agents prepare for the rapidly growing critical illness insurance market.
Critical Illness Insurance sales doubled between 2010 and 2012. With the continued rollout of the Affordable Care Act, the need for this product continues to grow. To help agents better serve their customers, AIM will be conducting eight half-day workshops in Washington and Oregon between January 19 and January 29.
During the workshops, agents that attend will learn the fundamentals of the critical illness insurance market, review proven sales strategies, and showcase Sterling Life’s new Critical Condition product.
“Critical Illness Insurance solves a tremendous underserved need in the market right now, yet we find the role it plays is often misunderstood by consumers,” states David Wane of AIM. “We are committed to giving agents the tools they need to educate their clients on the importance of critical illness coverage.”
Workshops will be held on the following dates and locations:
Spokane, WA – January 19
Lynnwood, WA – January 20
Bellevue, WA – January 21
Tacoma, WA – January 22
Vancouver, WA – January 26
Eugene, OR – January 27
Salem, OR – January 28
